Basic Function of Position:
• Provides day-to-day support in all areas and promotes teamwork to deliver a safe and quality program
• Assist groups of 12 children and the US Counselor in a manner that promotes safe behaviors and improves the quality of the children’ interaction with one another.
• Provides translation and language assistance to ensure operations run smoothly and children are safe
• Professional in all interactions with youth, foreign staff, and the general community
• Proactive in risk management and reports any accident to proper camp management, especially in bus transportation
• Maintains a positive and flexible attitude with a willingness to learn
• Serves the well-being of campers and understands the needs of children
• Manages daily bus schedule of children participating and can communicate with parents and management
Required Experience:
• Able to conversationally communicate in English
• Organized and trustworthy in communication
• Previous experience working with children

Basic Function of Position:
• Manages day-to-day projects to ensure that tasks are executed on time and with service
• Assists in communication with parents and feedback with parents when necessary
• Provides onsite logistical support for field trips
• Manages logistical support on field trips
• Assists groups of 12 children and the US Counselor in a manner that promotes safe behaviors and improves the quality of the children’ interaction with one another.
• Provides translation and language assistance to ensure operations run smoothly and children are safe
• Professional in all interactions with youth, foreign staff, and the general community
• Proactive in risk management and reports any accident to proper camp management, especially in bus transportation
• Maintains a positive and flexible attitude with a willingness to learn
• Assists in managing counselor assistants daily bus schedule of children participating and can communicate with parents and management
• Performs marketing tasks as needed and assists in collecting registration materials
• Assists in sourcing various program materials to ensure a quality program for children
Required Experience:
• Able to communicate in English effectively
• Organized and trustworthy in communication
• Previous experience working with children
• Solution and detail oriented
• Effective in communicating with parents and staff
• Highly proficient at Excel, and other MS Suite programs
