Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Transfer incoming calls

l
Receive all incoming guests/visitors/clients courteously and properly.

Arrange the meeting schedule

l
Booking air tickets and hotels

l
Assist to receive and send office mails

Position Requirements

l
Bachelor's degree, majoring in English

l
Smart, outgoing and well organized

l
Good MS-Office skills and PC skills
