We are a non-governmental, non-profit organization that promotes the responsible management of the world's forest.

The China office is looking for an intern to supports marketing and key account client engagement through research and information analysis

Mission Statement / Objectives of the Function:
The Intern supports marketing and key account client engagement through research and information analysis.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:
Collate an Excel list of Forest Management Units with information from public database;
Desk research on information gap;
Additional Tasks as agreed.

Start of Service: ASAP ideally within May 2017

Duration of Service: 40 hours part-time (duration of service can be flexible and adjusted based on the availability of the Intern)

Experiences:
Research and/or market investigations;
Research and analytical skills;
Good communication skills, both written and oral English and Chinese;
Problem solving skills;
Proficient use of Excel, or other databases.

Qualities:
Strong interests in standard and supply chain.
A strong sense for diligence and accuracy.

Education and training:
University degree in a relevant field (supply chain, business management, or forestry.)

Remuneration: Lump sum of CNY750 plus an accident insurance policy during the service.

Location: Beijing, the intern can work in the office, or work distantly at own place.
